Criteria and Scoring

Websites are evaluated using a scoring system.
There are four levels of awards, with the following
point system use for judging.

Site evaluator makes the final decison on all levels
of awards presented. A site may re-submit after 60
days if significant changes to your site have been made.

A site must be in English. If you have a non english site and
offer a clearly marked link to a translated mirror site,
your site will be reviewed.

Master Of Design = 110 - 185%
Achievement = 95 - 109%
Merit = 80 - 94%
Recognition = 65 - 79%

The Golden Jubilee is given every 3
months to the top Master of Design
sites for the quarter.
This award cannot be applied for.

Judging Total 185%

Point deductions will be taken for the following:

20% Awards not linked to owners
05% For each broken image
10% Copyright notice not clearly posted
185% For Bandwidth theft
03% For each broken link
185% Contain nudity, profanity, bigotry or illegal material
20% Under construction comments and signs
20% A site with no content and just a collection of links
20% Sites that force a visitor back to your site when they leave
30% Sites that lock up my browser
20% Blinking text
20% TeXt ThAT Is NoT UsInG CoRrEcT FoNtS
20% No visible off switch for music/sound
20% More than 2 minutes for a page to load with a 56 modem
