Once the payment is received, the set will be
marked sold and no longer available to any one
for purchase.
The client then retains exclusive rights for the set
purchased. This includes the backgrounds using the
art work by Lois Hulse ©. Her work is copyrighted and
TOL Designs has the only exclusive rights on the net
to her wonderful art.
Any background set that states a template
was used from a free template site, we request
that you honor the "give credit where due", and provide
a link back to the site. Infomation is listed at the
bottom of any background set that used a template.
The use of a template on this site is the layout of the page, not
the graphics. All background designs are by, "TOL Designs".
If a set is purchased that used a template, the coding will
be included with the package. Templates were free with a link
back only required for the use.
Like wise we request that a text link be used
on any purchased set.
